Refund Policy
Effective Date: April 21, 2026
This Refund Policy explains how Triniti AI Technologies Sdn Bhd ("Tarabot", "we", "our", or "us") handles cancellations and refunds for Tarabot services and bookings.
1. Scope
This policy applies to direct bookings and service payments made to Tarabot through our authorized channels, including in-person, online booking, and supported payment partners.
2. General Rule
- Confirmed sessions are generally non-refundable once the scheduled session time begins.
- Refunds are assessed according to the cancellation timing and eligibility criteria below.
3. Eligible Refund Scenarios
Refunds may be approved in the following cases:
- Duplicate or accidental payment for the same booking.
- Payment captured but session could not be provided due to Tarabot-side operational issues.
- Verified technical billing errors by our payment provider.
4. Non-Eligible Refund Scenarios
Refunds are not provided in these situations:
- Change of mind after successful booking confirmation.
- No-show or late arrival that prevents completion of the scheduled session.
- Service dissatisfaction where the session has already been delivered in full.
- Inability to attend due to personal scheduling conflicts not caused by Tarabot.
5. Cancellation Windows
- More than 24 hours before session: full reschedule or refund request allowed.
- Within 24 hours before session: reschedule support may be offered subject to slot availability.
- After session start time: no refund.
6. How to Request a Refund
- Submit your request within 7 calendar days from payment date.
- Include payment proof, booking details, and reason for request.
- Send requests to: cs@tarabot.com.my.
7. Review and Processing Time
- We aim to review requests within 10 business days.
- Approved refunds are processed through the original payment method where possible.
- Bank or payment provider settlement may take an additional 7 to 14 business days.
8. Amendments
Tarabot may update this policy from time to time. Any updates take effect once published on this page.
